The model TO1064KZ3 from Brandnew is a TO-Mount laser diode with an output power up to 3W at a center wavelength of 1064nm. The 3W 1064nm TO-Can LD Laser Diode with FAC Square Beam has a specified threshold current point at approximately 0.5A.
