These 532nm, 100mW wavelength stabilized laser diodes provide high ex-fiber output power at a narrow linewidth, stabilized by a Volume Bragg Grating.
The laser diode is optimized for Raman Spectroscopy, and is also used for metrology, sensing, bio-instrumentation, and analytical instrumentation applications. The laser is packaged in an industry standard 8-pin package with Type-1 pinout, and includes a high power internal TEC for temperature control and laser output stability.
