These DFB laser diodes come in a 14-pin butterfly package with a 1064nm center wavelength. The output power is > 200mW in pulsed mode and 200mW in CW operation. These DFB lasers offer a very narrow spectral linewidth (200 kHz) as well as a PM fiber pigtail output. A distributed feedback grating (DFB) located in the laser cavity provides the wavelength stabilization. Common applications include narrow bandwidth fiber laser seeding, spectroscopy, metrology and sensing.
