Wavelength temperature coefficient is 0.35nm/ºC. FM976DL10 is a standard high-quality packaged single emitter which is Fabry-Perot laser based on state-of-the-art, quantum-well epitaxial layer growth and reliable ridge waveguide structure. It based on Quantum-well epitaxy and ridge waveguide structure design. Brandnew packaged single emitters provide excellent reliability and performance.
