These 1300nm laser diodes are specified with a peak wavelength of 1300nm (±10nm), up to 2 watts of CW optical output power, and include an internal photodiode.This have an integrated monitor photodiode which allows the user to control them in either in constant current or constant optical power mode. The 1300nm To-mount has a specified threshold current point at approximately 0.7A.
