28W 1550nm TO-Mount LD Laser Rangefinder pulse laser ranging light source outputs human eye safety spectrum, combined with highly reliable heat dissipation metal package, can achieve 28W pulse power output, its working pulse width is adjustable from 1 to 200ns, light source size is 190μm * 10μm.

The main applications are laser ranging, laser sensing and lidar.
