It is 850nm multi-mode vertical-emitting laser for supply optical communication in Short Reach module applications. This VCSEL design has stable performance over temperature that means optical power and bandwidth stability, and low operating current in the high speed performance can minimize the power consumption and heat dissipation. This device also produce a symmetric pattern and narrow beam to easier coupling in OM3 and OM4 multi-mode fiber transition.
