100W 120W 885nm Stabilized Wavelength Fiber Coupled Laser Diode
The laser diode consists of a semiconductor laser bar that is mounted on a heatsink and coupled to a 105um core fiber with a numerical aperture of 0.22. The fiber delivers the laser light to the target with high efficiency and low loss. The laser diode has a hermetically sealed 2-pin package that measures 120mm x 50mm. The operating current and voltage are 11A and 25V, respectively. The threshold current is 1A.
