600mW 785nm Butterfly Fiber Coupled Laser Diode 14Pin Stabilized Wavelength for Raman Spectroscopy
These volume Bragg grating stabilized laser diodes offer a narrow linewidth, high power solution for Raman Spectroscopy research and testing applications. These 785nm diode lasers are fiber coupled devices offered in a butterfly packaged with integrated cooler, thermistor and PD. They offer up to 600mW of power at 785nm in a wavelength-stabilized, high-power, fiber-coupled laser designed. Due to the integrated VBG the wavelength is fixed and the spectral width is very narrow. This model is also used in metrology, bio-Instrumentation, sensing, and analytical instrumentation applications.
