976nm Volume Bragg Grating Stabilized 400W High Power Laser Diode

FC976WS400 is easy to integrate OEM laser diode module utilizes specially designed micro-optics to transform the asymmetric beam out of the laser chip improving the beam quality to couple the laser into small core fiber optics providing up to 400 watts of power and unprecedented brightness.  This high-efficiency laser module comes equipped with a  0.22 NA, 200-micron core.  The volume Bragg grating stabilized external laser diode cavity design of the FC976WS400 not only offers wavelength stability and a linewidth less than 1 nm, but it also reduces the overall power consumption and thermal load by limiting the number of modes lasing at a giving time.
